The Fresh Express can always be found at 4 locations including 3 different Farmers Markers every week. Dont miss the South Kona Green Market in Cap't Cookevery Sunday from 9-2. With live music, and only locally produced crafts and produce, you are sure to enjoy both these markets, and when you get hungry, we have a great menu of delicious breakfast and lunch dishes, beverages and lots of snacks. See us Saturdays at the Keauhou Farmers Market in the Keauhou Shopping Center at the south end of Alii Drive. Also find us Wednesdays at the Waimea Midweek Farmers Market and Tuesdays and Fridays in Hawi town 20 yards east of the Kohala Coffee Mill on the main road thru Hawi.
The Fresh Express has it's own unique menu. Try our Thai Spiced Ceviche with Chips. It's wild caught mahimahi marinated in lime juice, seasoned with Thai ginger, coconut milk, lemongrass, Thai basil,cilantro and kaffir lime leaf.
Our most popular dish is the Balinese Spiced Seafood Burger, made from minced fish and shrimp and fresh coconut flakes, served with grilled onions, tomato and avocado and a side of fresh greens with mango salsa. There's also a delicious veggie burger made with fresh Hamakua mushrooms, Kona breadfruit & organic barley. Both burgers come on a bun or in a wrap, or on a bed of fresh organic local greens with our own Mango Salsa.
